ABOUT US
Formed in 2019 by a group of involved Dad's, the Bunker Hill Dad's Club is a 501(C)(3) organization that exists to provide our children with a well maintained, safe, pratical place to practice and play a variety of sports.

The idea for the BHE Dad's club came following the fall/spring athletic seasons. The fields at BHE consisted more of burrs and weeds than grass. Kids playing football, soccer, baseball and softball were all afraid to fall down onto the turf for fear of coming up with a handful of burrs. The Spring Fling of 2019 was the straw that broke the camels back. All of the kids who ventured into the grass came out covered in burrs. It was at that time that we determined that something had to be done.

The BHE Dad's club short term goals are to maintain the current fields in good condition for the support of our BHE students and athletes until construction starts on the brand new BHE school in the fall of 2020. This includes sprinklers, fertilization, field preparation, and other costly items.
After construction starts, the BHE Dad's club will work to secure temporary practice space for our students and athletes, as well as interface with the school district to implement a comprehensive plan to provide an exceptional space for our students to practice and play when the new school is complete.
